Smartest Energy Ltd is an energy trading company dealing mainly in gas and power with approximately 80 employees across two offices in the UK. Its sales team relies heavily on telephones: all other employees have a desk phone, and there are a few conference phones.
With old system and outdated hardware, Smartest Energy's IT management approached Primus looking for a simple solution that wouldn't require much support and that had the flexibility that would allow for expansion.
