Aside from the variety of products and packages we provide, there are three different structures from which you may choose to resell Primus’ products and services.
Dealers
Our dealer scheme is based on referrals, with competitive commission plan and provides for little Channel Partner participation. Primus will take over all responsibility for end user billing, customer service, tech support, installation and general account management on your behalf allowing you to concentrate on your business.
The dealer proposal is ideal for those partners who would prefer to focus on their sales strategies while relying on the steadfast and dependable product provided by Primus.
Reseller
The Reseller offering gives you the opportunity to brand and market any of our finely tuned products as if they were your own. With this option, you as a reseller have full control of billing and the daily tasks involved with running your own service. Our Reseller program gives you full autonomy and control of your customers, while we take care of the network infrastructure.
White-label
The White-Label program is a combination of the previous two offerings. Primus will undertake the tasks of technical and customer support, billing and installation all under your name and brand. Although we can offer marketing support and sales strategies – most White-Label partners tend to take this on themselves. This is ideal for entrepreneurs who do not possess or operate a network or the means to provide billing to their customers.
